i currently have an ATT iphone 4 16gb and a verizon iphone 4s both on ios 5.1 :(

is this correct in getting these two phones unlocked to be used on tmobile and att respectively?

iphone 4 :
tethered jailbreak
gevey ultra 5.1

iphone 4s (verizon):
tethered jailbreak
gevey multi

am i missing anything else?

and i have looked into this SAM method and it looks interesting but am unsure as to if it is locked to that one sim card and what happens when an untethered jailbreak comes out later...would i just reset update and redo the SAM method?

any advice or tips helpful.

For the AT&T iPhone 4, try calling AT&T and check to see if they will unlock the phone depending if they previous owner completed the contract. That will allow the phone to be unlocked forever without any tricks. You just need to supply the IMEI # to the At&T worker.

Oh okay probably no go on the AT&T front but will try

Looks like I have to wait on the Verizon 4s since no jailbreak

Any recommendation as to what gevey sim or r sim to garb for the AT&T iPhone 4?

yes no go on att route

looks like SAM's method is also done for, last resort is gevey ultra for iphone 4 att version?

the person who was going to use the iphone 4 didn't give me their sim in time...

lol looks like just bad luck all around

on another note, how likely will musclenerd find a workaround for this or is it pretty much done for
