iPhone 4 and Blackberry Server

Hello all,
My company currently supplies all employees with Blackberries. Since I am in the art departemt I would like to use m an iPhone 4. How do you sent it up to run off the BB Server. I set up the mail on account on the phone with the Microsoft exchange service but I only get service in a wi fi area. Any suggestions?
