Ok so if I buy an iPhone 4 and cancel the 2 year contract before it ends, do I still have to return it? Cause if I cancel it in 30 days I won't get charged. One person said they called AT&T twice. One person said no you don't. The other said yeah you do have to return it. Anyone have experience or know? Thanks.

You cannot both not pay the $325 and also keep the phone.
Dont you think if that was the case everyone would have been doing it and AT&T would be losing tons of money?
You cancell before 30 days you dont pay the ETF but have to return the iphone. You dont return the iphone you get charged the ETF. Your pick.
