IPhone 4 and ford sync problems??

I have an 2010 focus and the Bluetooth goes on and off whenever it wants! Also playing music through USB is becoming a pain! Anyone have any suggestions? It also sucks cause
Navigation won't work without Bluetooth. I searched all over and found nothing my iPhone 4 is up to date and not jb! Help is much appreciated! Thanks!!

I was having the same problem. I found a thread on the mustang forums suggesting the problem was caused by the phone book auto updating. The feature is on by default. Turning it off fixed everything for me.
