iPhone 4 and GPS

I have a recent install of iOS6 and the Maps app is very inaccurate (not to bash Apple, but I think it has to do with my phone).

I also use TomTom Navigation and it's inaccurate. It locks the area, but then it continues spinning around and I miss my turn.

A restart helps for a little while but then it starts to have that issue as well.

Is the GPS hosed on the phone? I reinstalled TomTom and the problem is still there.
