I noticed the other day that when I go to play songs through the iPod on my phone it won't play any music. iTunes works just fine on my computer and pandora works on the phone. Is it something with the iCloud and not wanting to play pirated music? If that is the case are their any solutions? I like most of the features of iOS 5 and don't want to revert back to iOS 4, but I bought the iPhone so I could have everything in one and now I have no music :(

Is the music synced from iTunes to the phone? i.e. does it show up and not play, or does it not show up at all?

Also, the iTunes Match service isn't public yet from the iTunes end, so unless you're in the beta program I don't think any of the music from the computer makes it to iCloud.
