iPhone 4 and iPhoto (or Aperture) syncing

I've been having intermittent problems with syncing my photos with albums in iPhoto. After I sync and I load up the album in the Photo app, I just see a black box where a thumbnail should be. And sometimes my iPhone doesn't get updated with all of the photos in the album.

Anyone else experiencing this too?

Hmm, didn't know I can sync Photo to my IPhone direct. Thats new to me.

What I have been doing is manually create a folder and copy the photos to the new folder. Once it is there, I used iTunes and point the photo tab to the new folder. I do that for my iPad and Iphones. Never try iPhoto to Iphone before.

I was having that problem and I remember reading others having the problem in another thread, too. My workaround (until it's fixed in an iOS update) is to open my Photos app to its main screen right before I do the sync. This seems to ensure that everything syncs and displays properly.
