iphone 4 and MS Sync

I just bought a car with MS Sync system installed in and it syncs seamlessly with my iphone 3G. I am going to be preordering the iPhone 4 and i'm wondering if anyone knows of any compatibility issues that may arise using iOS4. I'm sure some developers must have used this in their cars?

As far as the iOS4 software is concerned it actually has more features compatible with SYNC.
