 Hey everyone,

Here is my issue and setup:

Macbook Pro: made a shared wifi internet connection so other devices can utilize my internet that is fed by an ethernet line.

iPhone 4: I am connecting to this shared wifi connection but the iPhone defaults to 3g over the shared wifi connection. Therefore I have to go into settings and turn off 3g if I want to do this.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it defaults to 3g in this situation? it would be nice not to have to change setting everytime I would like to utilize this feature.

Thanks in advance,

Paul
