iPhone 4 and wireless Apple keyboard for lectures

Hiya

I am using this combination for lectures - can any of you please recommend a note-taking application for the iPhone 4. I don't really need to look at the screen (I just happy type away on my keyboard while looking at the lecturer) so aesthetics is low on the list of priorities. What is high on the list is the ability to create:

1. Bullet points (especially levelled ones, i.e. sub-bullet points under a bullet point)
2. Headings
3. Keyboard shortcuts to create the above

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
