iphone 4 app sync problem?

I am trying to sync a few apps to my iphone 4 32bg, but it doesn't actually copy over, even though it's check marked.

I also tried dragging it into a panel, but nothing pops in the panel at all. Anyone else experiencing this?

Apple support has no idea...I just tried resetting the phone as if it was new, no luck. I cannot sync all my apps, only a few will sync onto my new phone.

I'm having this problem with my ringtones. It says they're all syncing... but they aren't showing up!

I see what happened ... my itunes deleted half my apps.

I've had problems as well
My folders don't sync if i change em on my phone but if i do it on itunes it does. Same with downloaded apps. They disappear when I sync unless I manually add them. Other then that I am in love with this phone!

Possible solution...

Ok, I just figured out what the issue is...at least on my end. I recently migrated my itunes library to a new hard drive. Apparently I only migrated the music. I reconnected the old hard drive and the apps instantly appeared in the sorter window and synced without a problem.
