iPhone 4 Apple Repair/Replace Cost?

I'm looking for some pros and cons vs getting the broken screen fixed via 3rd party repair shop or just paying Apple to do it.

I believe it is $99 to switch it out for a refurbished phone, is that right? Also, how long does it take to do that if you take it into an Apple store, right away?

I actually think the 4 is $149 and the 4S is $199.

The only pro of going to apple is the new phone will have a 3 month warranty, but also cost you more money.....I would go to a third party.
