hey guys just got a iphone thats jailbroken running 4.2.6 and when i find a app i like it says pay this amount should this be doing it with a jailbroken iphone 4 ?

If you, OP, were under the impression that everything in Cydia is free, you are sadly mistaken and have jailbroken for the wrong reasons.

There are ways around paying but they will not be discussed here.
