iPhone 4 - Apps now close when starting

Im on 5.1.1 and it is jailbroken, some apps like Google Chrome and Temple Run work, but the majority crash as soon as i start them. Also, my SIM is not being detected at all.

Reset your phone

Download a free app from the appstore or update apps. Just do it.

Yep turned it off and installed as well as updated apps and no change.
