Iphone 4 ATT plan ? :)

Hey everybody , I live in Egypt .. and I wanted to purchase an iPhone 4 via the online store .. So my question is .. Can I buy the iphone 4 ATT 32 GB .. and cancel ALL the plans after the purchase .. and Jailbreak it here in Egypt so it gets unlocked and choose a plan in Egypt with a Carrier ? OR do I have to buy the unlocked one ?

No, it will be locked to AT&T.
You have to purchase an unlocked one from the Apple store.
