iPhone 4 auto restart problem

hi
my iphone 4 when the charge cable conected to the phone the phone restart automaticaly afte 1 or 2 minute and the charge icon
doesent shown the correct percent and when i disconnect the cable from the phone after 3 or 4 minute work with the phone
again automaticaly turn off and doesnt turn on again until connect to the charger my ios version was 5.0.1 and than upgraded to
5.1 does not Work well and again downgraded to 4.3.3 version still not work well
what can i do to fix my phone??
i dont know this is CPU or charge ic or battery problem
i think the battery
