Totally legit dude...in fact, I might bid $1,000 just so I can have the iPhone 4 before anyone else (not counting gizmodo, of course;))

Damn, I lost out on this one. Hopefully some nice fellow will sell the iPhone 5G on eBay next week. :p
 
obvious fraud/fake/scam. I would ask all of you to report this before some idiot actually sends the guy money.

Ask the seller to post images of the phone in the original box instead of "stock images" and see if he can. I have my doubts about this seller having the phone to sell.:rolleyes:

If he had the phone he would post better images in his auction
