iphone 4 back paint erased

i bought used iphone 4 ... there is a small spot in which black paint is erased from inside.... why is that... ????? is that mean iphone is repaired???

Could be a mfg defect.

More likely a replacement knock-off back glass cover from a previous repair.

Might want to do an eyeball compare with one in an Applestore to be sure.

Either way as long as the phone works I wouldnt stress about it.

The iPhone 4 from apple 8gb or from a different buyer?

There are so many dodgy repaired phones out there I agree with the chap above. More likely to be a third party repair.

If you got the 4 from apple direct just exchange it.
