Hi, I know this is a very nooby question. I'm not great with tech stuff so please don't hate me if this has been answered.
I was wondering how do you reset your phone back to factory setting like when you first got it?

Also I was wondering can somebody hack you by sending a text message?

I appreciate the advice.
