Well, I'm on my second iPhone 4 because the first one died and the backplate was loose and clicked whenever you pressed on it. Now the second one is doing it and I was wondering if you think I can get a replacement? I didnt mess with the screws or anything. I'm going to call tomorrow and also ask if I can get a replacement if it can be white because thats what I was originally gonna buy. Thanks!

trust me, they won't exchange your black iPhone for a white model, not even if thats what you originally wanted (we all did, and by we I mean the people who wanted a white model)

I just got my iPhone exchanged on Monday because of some issues I was having, I asked the genius the same question and got a "sorry, we can't".

He told me that 1 out of every 3 people with a Black iPhone 4 (that goes in for service) asks him that question.

Yeah, I didn't expect them to. Thank you for your help!
