I've read through many threads but haven't seen anything in regards to this issue. I was having problems backing up my Iphone 5 but I've had that problem before and did what I always do...go in and delete the old backup file through ITUNES and then create a new backup from the point I'm at. I've never had an issue with that. It's always worked.
This time though, it still states that the backup is corrupt even though there is no backup listed. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about fixing this problem?
Another issue with my Iphone/Ipad is actually with my Dell computer. It won't let me update my software on my Iphone or Ipad because it states that there is another installation taking place although this isn't happening. I really want the new software so I can stop hooking up to my computer to update everything and just do it via my phone/Ipad.
