Ok so i had jailbroken my iPhone on 5.0.1 and there were no battery problems but then after realizing my multiple tweaks were slowing down the phone i restored,Now i am noticing an abnormal drop of battery like 20-30% an hour so i turned of location services push notifications turned mobile data of put the brightness way down that seemed to fix it but no its not a "smartphone" anymore its just an iPod touch now.what can i do which will not cripple my school flow?

so if u put all the settings to where they were before it doesn't help?

what i see often on here is reformat the phone as 'new' not from backup....then after it's going THEN restore your backup. not sure how legit this is, but i do see it reccomeded quite often.

I already did that but the push notifications has to be on at 15 mins interval because it is required.lets hope the next update arrests this *sigh*
