Hello,
I've restored my iPhone 4 (GSM) to 5.0.1. When the restore is complete and the phone reboots I am brought to the normal setup screen for the new iOS 5. When I 'Slide to Setup" my screen goes blank and I cannot see anything but the phone is clearly on. I can toggle the on/off of the ringer and you can hear the phone being locked again when pressing the power button so I am guessing the phone is in the setup menu. I've restored it numerous times but the problem still persists. Any idea what may be causing this? I don't believe the screen to be bad since when its restoring and when you are on the setup screen before sliding the lock toggle the screen seems to be clear as day. Thought I would try here first before taking it to the Apple store and letting them see if they can replace/fix the phone.
Thanks.
