Iphone 4 bluetooth issues when WIFI is on

Is this a known issue? I did a search and didn't find anyone complaining about it.

If I have my wifi on and I am transfering (mywi), bluetooth will NOT connect correctly... Calls will end and/or you can't hear correctly nor can anyone hear you through the bluetooth.

Do I have a faulty hardware or is this a known limitation?
