iPhone 4 Bottom Mic Not Working; Read Everything

my bottom mic has a hard time recording audio for videos,FaceTime, and speakerphone. it records a static buzz, and underneath it, you can faintly hear what i said in the video or FaceTime call and speakerphone. it records crystal clear for voice memos and talking apps. it is still under warranty, and im bringing saturday, BUT the back glass of my phone is shattered since I dropped it. i really need a replacement, but do you think they could use the fact that i dropped against me? these audio problems occurred before i dropped it.
