Iphone 4 broken camera power button

My iPhone 4 that owned for a year and a half has a broken power button, the camera is so fuzzy it makes pictures seem like flesh coloured blobs. Also when I am in a call the screen no longer stays black and I constantly press mute hold and end call with my cheek making the phone almost unusable.

I also live in cananda what can be done about this.
