iPhone 4 built in speaker less bass than 3gs?

Hi

I have noticed that my iPhone 4 speaker has less bass then my 3gs is this normal?

I know its not going to be used as a hi-fi etc but its one thing i've noticed is it a fault or normal across most iP4's?

Even the lock-unlock sound seems a bit lower?
