iPhone 4 bumper program (bought off eBay)

Hi people

I just bought an iPhone 4 today off eBay. I know you're supposed to submit an iPhone 4 case request before the 22nd August if it was bought before July 23rd. I don't know when it was bought (it hasn't arrived yet). Obviously if it was bought after this there is no problem.

If it was bought before the 23rd July though, what are my options?

Check out the Apple iphone page. It states if you buy an iphone before 9/30/10 a case or bumper can be had by going through the app store.
