So I am getting an iPhone 4 either way in tminus 2 - 7 days.
But I want to know before hand, is it really as bad as it has been advertised by MR and Engadget?

Can you drop a call just because you don't grab it correctly?? Input please.
I think I will be getting a bumper :) + :(

It all depends on the Person and Phone.

Personally, my Phone sucks Dick. Even holding it with a CASE I still loose the signal. [Yet other people seem to have no problems]

I have no problems anywhere I’ve been, and I live in an area with not the greatest cell coverage. I simply can not get the bars to go down, no matter what I do (even using two hands to cup the iPhone entirely).

BTW, you’re missing the category for no problems, period.

Seriously high time someone bought this up. Do we need another thread about this?

Well, it is REAL and stale. Move on.

It's so real that Apple is now training their Apple store help to instruct buyers on how to hold the phone when they come in with this problem.

Hmm well I went to ATT and played with one today. I sat there for 5 minutes looking like an idiot wrapping my hands around the band trying to get it to lose signal, it didn't.

Bummer is it is going to take 2 - 3 weeks to get my iPhone. :( Hopefully by that time all these little bugs are worked out.
