iPhone 4 Camera NOT WORKING!!!

Just tried to take a picture with my iPhone 4 and the image came up weird. it's very blurry and it kinda looks like it has that "frost" effect on the picture. does anybody know what could be wrong with it and maybe what I can do to fix it?
