I tried restarting several times.

B bibi2205 macrumors member Apr 25, 2010 70 0 Aug 14, 2010 #6 Try to restore the firmware and select 'restore from backup' when it's done. If it still doesn't work, restore again and select 'configure as new phone'. If it doesn't work after those steps, take it back to Apple.
