iPhone 4, Can't send/receive any texts or activate facetime

Since my upgrade, I cant send/receive texts/MMS or activate FaceTime in the settings.

After 2 hours with AT&T and Apple tech support, they tell me there is a known issue of these not working and they are working on a fix.

Yea i am having the same issue, I thought it was at first because I did a restore from my 3g settings, so I did a fresh restore and I can't activate facetime or send MMS, I can send text but MMS don't see to be going through

at least youre getting texts to go through.. I cant send/receive anything...
