iPhone 4 car dock: Charge and aux

I'm looking for a dock-type iPhone 4 car mount. The only requirements are:

- Ability to mount to side of car's console
- Only one cable connected to iPhone (through 30-pin connector)
- Charges the iPhone (via cigarette lighter or hardwiring)
- Provides a connection for a 3.5mm aux connection (the audio goes out from the 30-pin, then goes out to the car via a 3.5mm jack built in to the mount)
- Does not hamper Bluetooth connection with car's audio system (for phone calls)
- iPhone 4 compatible (no annoying "this accessory is not compatible..." messages


Does such a product exist?

The griffin autopilot does all of the above aside from the dock. There are a plethora of options for car docks or mounts though.

Check out ProClip mounts. They seem to meet all your requirements. You can buy the 30-pin dock with pass-through connection, then have a 30-pin cable that splits to USB for charging and 3.5mm for audio.
