Hello,I've been visiting this site for a while now and i am really impressed so i just signed up few minutes ago. Here is what i am trying to do:i have an iphone 4 (AT&T) but i live in middle east and so i can't use it here with the network providers in here.(vodafone qatar and qtel). I am using i-Funbox and i was just browsing around in the system files and found this folder Carrier Bundles in "Raw File Systems/Library/system/Library/" to check if either of the networks in my country are listed in it and so far i only found "vodafone QA" which i assume is vodafone qatar. Now this was listed among like hunderds of other carriers which made think that my iphone might be factory unlock because i've never tried any sim in it except the AT&T's sim which is already in it.Okay so as i continued browsing aorund i found another one but this one was something like Carrier Bundle.Bundle and was located in "var/mobile/Library/".This one contained some folders and then at the end there were files like "DEFAULT_CARRIER_ATT..,etc.So i am guessing this is my default locked provider and that if i replace it with vodafone qa folder's file(the one in carrier bundle) then it will strat working with vodafone sim(i will purchase it tomorrow).Should i try it or not and if i mess up my iphone 4 firmware, can i reinstall it using updater in itunes?(To be honest i don't know much about iphone and just bought it last friday)Thanks and looking forward for a reply...
