iphone 4 case with sim card slot

hi everyone,

has anyone come across any cases with a cut out for the sim card slot?
i have been looking but unable to find any.

the vapor cases are too expensive.

I bought 2 Skullcandy slider cases at Target on clearance for 6 bucks each, they have a cutout where the sim tray is.
