iphone 4 comes charged?

I ordered 2 iPhone 4s when I opened one it was completely drained. The other Iphone was fully charged. Was one used?

My first iPhone was totally dead when I got it (this was at the store). We charged it a little bit and it wouldn't turn on, so we got a different one since that one was giving us trouble.

I havent messed with mine much. But the one that was dead took a long time to charge. Then I tried to do facetime but it wouldn't give me the option. I had to shut down the phone and then it worked.

my iPhone was sealed and had 95% battery when i first turned it on.

Wife and I each got a phone last Thursday. One was at 92% other at 95%. Used them all day, Went down to about 76%.

I heard and read horror stories about the battery life of the 3GS. If the past week is any indication of the battery life the i4 phones. I am doing the happy dance.
