iPhone 4, could it be the new Apple TV?

I know the spec sheets for the iPhone 4 do not hint at anything, but since rumors are around that an updated :apple:TV may look like an iPhone, well couldn't an iPhone with 720p capability be it ? The rumoured 99 dollar price tag could be the cost of a dock or HDMI out? What do you all think?

Sounds a sexy idea to me!!!!
