So I've had my iPhone 4 from a couple days after launch day. I took off my Griffin Reveal Etch from the free case program today only to notice these massive cracks on the back of the phone. The case is almost on 24/7. I have not dropped my phone at all. The "scratches" that you see in the picture are on the best skin ever and not the phone itself. Other than the massive crack(s) on the phone it is in pristine condition and you can obviously tell that it has never been dropped. Is it possible for the Apple store to replace the back free of charge because the case caused the crack on the back of the phone? Anyone have experience with this?

The case could have caused the crack, but thats not how Apple will see it. To replace the back plate, Apple only charges $29.

Replacement Fee:

Back Glass - $29
Front Glass - $199
