Looking for a little help. My wife and I both have Iphone 4s. We have both always been around the 1GB range for data usage in a month. If anyone pushes close to the 2 GB range it is myself, since I use the data a whole lot more than she does. For some reason this month her data usage spike to 7GB...she doesn't watch movies, use pandora or stream. So i'm lost at what the problem could be. I tried calling ATT and they said there is some app pulling data in the background. She does use Facebook so was wondering if anyone thinks this could be the culprit. Im going to close all the apps on her phone and reset the usage data on the phone but other than that I'm lost at what it could be.

Is the phone jailbroken?
If yes, what'r running on it?

Can you list the apps installed on the device most recently?

Basically more infos are needed in order to answer to your question!

Phone is not jailbroken...

The main apps she uses and these are not new she has been using them forever....

Facebook
Mail
ebay

those are mainly the apps that get used on a daily basis.

She has noticed and I as well that my iphone drops my wireless at home often, very often actually. But even if that was the case and she was using 3G and never on wireless I don't see how she would pull 7GB using just those apps
