I got my phone on the 23rd. I already have TWO dead pixels on the device. Because the pixels are so small on the screen it's hard to tell but use a program like "Flashlight." and set the screen to lime Green, and you will be able to spot them.

I am terribly disappointed by this. Anyone think I can go to an apple store and get a replacement?

Who knows, you'll have to try.

But honestly, the pixels are so small now that you will not notice them unless you are looking for them.

Well.. I develop software on the phone and do a lot of front end UI design... So I'm specially prone to noticing them... That's how I saw them today actually. Otherwise they look like a couple of specs of dust.

Take it back to the store. Show them what you see. Enjoy your new phone (hopefully with no dead pixels). Problem solved.
