I was on the phone with someone and after the call ended, my phone turned off. I tried turning it on and it does not turn anymore. I remember the battery was somewhere between 30-40 %.

I thought it was the battery so I plugged it in the charger, but no luck so far.

The kicker is that this is a jailbroken phone. I would like to take it in apple tomorrow and get them to look at it but I feel if they fix it they will see it's jailboken and will void my warranty.

So, should I take it? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Thank you in advance!!

Try letting charge overnight, I saw a similar problem on two phones and after a full charge one came up, the other needed to be into DFU and connected to
iTunes. (The later after some newb tried a jailbreak, the real owner who was unaware his son lent it out asked me to try and restore it, which I did.)
