Iphone 4 dead?

Hi, got a iphone from my dad yesterday. Beacuse he think he destroyed it when he falled skiing. Im just wondering if its possible to fix it. The iphone does not start. on startup i only see a weak light 0.2 seconds and then the screen goes black again. The water indicators in the iphone is red, so it might be water damage. The phone does not get detected by my computer. Please help :O
