Ive had my iphone 4 for about a month now and have not had any problems charging it everynight! yesterday i was halfway through sending an email when the battery indicated i only had 20% battery remaining! So once i had finished typing the email i left the iphone on the sofa to send the email whilst i went upstairs to get the charger and when i came back down stairs (30 seconds later) the iphone had turned off so i tried to charge it from the mains power but no luck! Today i have also tried charging it via my laptop but still no joy! The same charger will charge my ipod from the mains power with no problems!

Anyone know of the problem?

Thanks in advance

Have just been informed by a friend to do the above and it worked!!! :D

Thankyou very much for your help!

You're welcome :)

But if I were you, I would restore the iPhone and set it up as new. And not use any backup. You shouldn't expirence similar problems after having done that.
