What are the Commuter case people doing for dock options? I've seen the dock extenders, but I am not sure which one would clear the Commuter case. Are there any docks that will work instead of having to use an extender on the original Apple dock?

iPhone 4 Dock with Otterbox Commuter?

My wife uses the cablejive dockStubz on her Sony alarm clock. The pics below is when she had a defenders case, but now she has a pink and white OB Commuters case. It works fine for her, but it does lean back against the alarm clock when it's docked. Not sure how it will do on a Apple dock.
