You could just get a normal jock and get a sendstation dock extender to go in it. You might find that easier and more flexible than trying to find a dock that fits the iPhone with the case. That is what I did and now I can put my iPhone on the normal apple dock no batter which case it is in.
 
The universal dock will work with most cases. I've tried a number of them. Only issue is most inserts don't fit with cases, usually have to use it with out one. The only issue with that is, some say it causes extra stress on the dock connector pins...
 
Some companies are starting to include dock adapters now for their cases.
I know Switcheasy does (among many other goodies they include)
 
bump, any others? I'm looking for one right now and i'm having trouble. I have an incase snap case also.
 
i use this sync stand dock , you could use any universal dock it just wont fit tightly it will be a little bit flimsy.
