iPhone 4 does not turn on, but has reception

Hi there,

My iPhone screen does not turn on; I cannot force turn it off; when I connect it to the laptop, iTunes does not recognize anything. When I call, the phone does NOT ring, but the phone is not off, cause the phone that I am calling from rings for like 10 rings before it says the phone is not available.

Whats wrong?

Yeah, it's going to ring, if the number is active, even if the receiving phone is dead.

You're ringing into your voicemail, not the phone.
