Has anyone done this? Is it even possible? Is it not cost effective?
Simply put, you could return the 32 and buy a 16, but that's kinda silly, any trade down type program? Anyone with experience doing this? Thanks.

If you bought your iPhone in the last 30 days you can return it for a full refund and then buy the 16GB.

I guess I was trying to see if I can keep my contract too. Earlier upgrade time and all.

I think that when you refund something is done with the contract so you still recieve the discount price
