iPhone 4 Downgrade Possibility?

Hello all!

I have recently acquired a second hand iPhone 4 (Model MC604SO/A, 3,1) and it came with iOS 7. As you may know, this performs horribly, and eats the battery life like you wouldn't believe.

I have tried using iFaith to recover the SHSH blobs for 6.1.3, however there are none. I have, however, found this link, offering firmware downloads:

If I download the correct one and sign it using iFaith, using iTunes 11.0.5 could I restore this iPhone to iOS 6 through the .ipsw file?
