iPhone 4 - Drop signal every time I unlock phone

Hey guys,

I just got a used iPhone 4, upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and since day 1 every time i swipe to unlock the phone it loses the signal and then gains it again, taking about 10 seconds. Quite annoying. Does anyone have any thoughts of how to fix it?
