iPhone 4 Dropped in water..no power..HELP

I dropped my 16gb iphone 4 in the water.I was going to take it to apple tomorrow and pay $200 to get a new one..just a quick question..Do they allow you to get a different color? Because I want the new white one...thanks

Don't turn it back on. If you have rice, leave some in a bag and let your phone dry out. It'll probably work as it should again. To answer your question, it is very unlikely that you'll be given another color. It would be a same exact model.
